I’ve been an entrepreneur since, well… forever (I opened my first business at 13).
Driven by creativity, adventure and the freedom to achieve, I also:
- Have proven that it’s possible to create a life that blends mindfulness with a wow impact in business.
- Love yoga and red wine.
- Have repeatedly defied the temptation to settle or play small—often in the face of ridiculous odds.
- Know that fun is an important part of life—and coaching is just like the rest of my life—there’s always room for laughter.
I live in Seattle and am involved in continuing studies in Buddhism, neuroscience and the mind-body connection. Besides my coaching activities, I’m is also a food writer and researcher who is deeply committed to creating a sustainable food system and educating clients about how to eat a healthful, immune-boosting and energizing natural diet. In fact, sometimes my podcasts and blog posts will offer up a recipe as well as coaching tips or life insights.
Oh, and my dog, Louis, and I are currently in training for truffle hunting.
I love the fact that I work with a range of entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and creative visionaries; I think of my tribe as doers and risk takers. The one thing they all share is a screaming commitment to get the juices back into their lives; to create dynamic businesses and lives that are aligned with their true priorities. They contact me because they’re done settling. They want to be healthier—mentally and physically. They want to change careers or lifestyles. And they need an advocate like me to ensure that their wildest dreams are going to come true. They often say that they’re initially attracted to work with me because they want some of my optimism, leadership and passion to rub off. And it does.
My clients include college professors, entrepreneurs, CEO’s, lawyers, chefs, authors, psychotherapists and healers.
